Ahhh. Religion it is.

Hello World,
The name is Kathryn, the age is 18, and the purpose of what is sure to be the most intresting blog in the history of blogs (sky rocketing over sex and junk food) is to conclude if religion is the answer to living a healthy life or if it is a demerit agianst the requirments of living a healthy life.
I plan to be painfully honest in this blog. That being said I feel obligated to mention that the decision of picking the topic of religion was made in...ohh... about 2.4 seconds. I had spaced on the assignment and last night I about flipped shit when I checked my English syllabus and realized that our first blog entry was due today. By that point I thought it time to put on my big girl pants (those would be metaphorical big girl pants) and signed up for the blog site (slacker I know). I was on a roll until I read what was required for the first blog and realized that there was no possiable way I could even start it. "Why?" you may ask yourself, well because being the procrastinator I am and the way I like to send myself in a fluster by waiting for the last possiable minute to get things done, I realized I hadn't even chosen what topic I wanted to do for "Living a Healthy Life". Yeah, Shame on me. Oh, and the best part? I decided to put off that decison even longer and wait until this morning in English class to come to the 2.4 second decision that will ultimatley shape up my final overall English grade.
I must admit that for the hasty conclusion "Religion" was I couln't have pick a more ample topic. My new motto? When in doubt always go with religion. With religion being the controversial subject it is, and me being impartial to both religion and atheism I feel like I can fairly research both sides of the puzzle. So far, with the little research I have done on the topic I expect to find ALOT of information on how religion does infact lead to a healthier life. Based off my own life observations ( note observations not my own expierences) more people than not find that just having faith in something (whether it is a form of religion, science, or ect...) makes a person happier, therefor making them healthier. Ding ding folks you have your answer-Happiness leads to Healthiness.
So far I have gathered information on meditation, Christianity, spiritual needs in context to health (pros and cons), and have even found an articale on how faith can stop heartattacks. Wowzers!
I think this project is going to be very intresting, well as intresting as a school project can be anyways. =]

And This Just in: I'm out folks. Keep it healthy ;).
